Baby Signs Classes

Sign language is a great way to communicate with your child and has proved to have other benefits including earlier language development, increased self confidence and self esteem, as well as reducing aggressive behavior. You can learn more about the benefits here. And sign up for classes with Tina here.

Spring Massage Special

Gardening, the new gym membership, and spring cleaning all can contribute to muscle tension and soreness and massage is the treatment.

New Mama Tea Time visits Cornerstone

However, as usually happens, we all felt we received as much as we gave as the elders shared their smiles, songs and stories. We hope to do more projects like this in the future. Be sure to join our meetup group here and share your ideas!
